Sorry, no. Your height is predetermined by genetics. You can stunt it by improper diet but there is nothing you can do to be taller. (Yes, there is surgery where you can have your leg bones separated and plates put in to lengthen your bones but this is only done for those of severely less than normal height. It is also very painful with a long recovery period). A male will continue to grow until age 21 while a female reaches full height at 18.
