this should work for anyone who’s concerned about their height i’m not that tall either so doing this for a month with a good diet and not ebing lazy should increase my height by 2-3 inches

yes it’s help you a lot ..just do it everyday when you get used you noticed that you been taller..and if you in growing this will help you faster..even basketball, kickbocks or sport that have jumping style with it wil help you..my friend 6 months ago was 160cm haha i laughed to him NOW 180cm WTF..just because basketball..dammit..i’m 167cm want over the 170.and yea i gonna test it too..
