when i started to do these exercises i grew up to 6ft 2in.

yeah… I think this is my last chance to increase height. In Russia i am considered to be a midget as my height is only 5.7 and I live there as well. I’d like to buy this program, otherwise it would be a shame for me and my inner self which is quite fragile right now. I’m 17 years old so my growth plates are closing, i think that the main idea of this program is to separate the disks of the spine and stretch the other parts of your body…I don’t know how but this may appear to be true
