Is there really a proven method to increase height in people past the age of puberty?

Published Date Author: Admin, September 22nd, 2009

I’m 25 and a friend of mine told me about a drug they give you during puberty that is supposed to increase height growth. A doctor told him you could take it past puberty and still grow. The name of the drug I’m not sure. So I started researching it on-line and there are a lot of products. Which of the many products actually work and aren’t just gimmicks? If any of them really work at all. Please be serious about my question.

Height:
1. Gaba, natural supplement for HGH
2. Exercise for 90 minutes per day. Studies show that 90 minutes of intense exercise the body produces 400% more HGH.But if u do more than u will not produce HGH at all. In the internet u will find many webpages that u can see what exercises u ca do.
3. Visualize-believe-positive thinking, have a specific height in your mind. Just day dream it is the easiest thing in the world. And focus, have absolute no doupt.
4. healthy eating, sleep, many websites have free info about dietary.

I don’t recommend it, but a friend of mine went from about 5′2" to about 5′5" taking HGH (Human Growth Hormone).
