whatever the ways just expose it franky..iam a 18 year old boy standing 5 feet tall..i just want to increase my height as i wish to become pilot..please help me..thanks in advance………

You may still grow naturally I gained most of my height between ages 18 and twenty one.
owch bud i feel sorry for you time will tell if you grow anymore and be open to other careers
Your height was determined at the time of conception through heredity (your genes from both parents) Also, your growth spurts were determined at that time. There is no way to alter your genes.
Next time around, pick different parents to inherit the genes you want!

You have to learn how to spell words to become a pilot. You could be a late bloomer! Some guys don’t finish puberty until age 25. It’s possible you fit into that category. There’s no quick fix nor magic potions to make you grow any taller. You may still have one or two growth spurts before you finish puberty. You need an alternate plan in case you don’t become a pilot. In the meantime, accept what God gives you & get on with the rest of your life. Good Luck.
